01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and dgb222 ("dgb222", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at dgb222.club and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing dgb222.club, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances. The entire Platform — including account management, support communications, and promotional materials — is operated in English.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on dgb222.club, constitute the entire agreement between you and dgb222 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on dgb222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

Registration of an account with false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active dgb222 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. dgb222 uses automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and any withdrawals may be withheld pending full review.

2.5 Account Transfer

Your dgb222 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Allowing a third party to operate your account — whether for betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

03 Account Obligations

By holding a dgb222 account, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account use, conduct on the Platform, and interactions with dgb222 staff and systems.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dgb222 username and password. Any activity carried out on your account while logged in — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dgb222 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.4 Notifications and Communications

By registering with dgb222, you consent to receiving account-related communications from dgb222 via email and in-platform notifications. These communications may include security alerts, transaction confirmations, and updates to Terms or policies. Marketing communications are subject to separate opt-in consent, which you may withdraw at any time via your account settings.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

dgb222 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the mobile wallet payment infrastructure that Bangladesh players rely on. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your dgb222 account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dgb222 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — Instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 30 minutes during BST business hours.

dgb222 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or direct bank wire transfers at this time. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. The most current list is always available in your dgb222 account cashier section.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per method and per account, as displayed in your dgb222 cashier at the time of the transaction. dgb222 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are beyond dgb222's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied. dgb222 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party payment accounts.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits made to your dgb222 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through dgb222, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, and slot machine titles.

5.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on dgb222's sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled start time of the event. In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time availability and odds, which may change rapidly. dgb222 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where real-time data was not available, or where a material error in odds occurred. Settled results are final once confirmed by dgb222 and may not be disputed on the basis of differing third-party sources.

5.2 Cricket Betting Markets

dgb222's cricket betting offering covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), the Bangladesh Tigers' international matches, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC championship events. Available markets include but are not limited to: match winner, series winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs scored, method of dismissal, player of the match, and various in-play specials. Market availability varies by fixture. Minimum cricket bet: ৳100.

5.3 Live Casino

dgb222's live casino tables are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game rules specific to each live casino title — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game shows — are displayed within the game interface prior to and during play. In the event of a live stream interruption or technical failure, hands or rounds in progress at the time of the interruption may be voided in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. dgb222 is not liable for losses arising from network issues on the player's side.

5.4 Slots

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions

No winnings arising from an obvious technical error are valid. "Obvious error" is defined as any odds or payout figure that deviates materially from the market rate at the time of the bet.

5.6 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by dgb222's system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming a wager. dgb222 reserves the right to cancel or void bets at its discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to, match abandonment, force majeure events, or confirmed integrity concerns.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are governed by the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonus offers are available only to players who have registered a verified dgb222 account and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. Players who have previously registered and closed an account, or who register a duplicate account to claim a bonus, are not eligible for new-player bonuses.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk mathematical bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated systems to bet, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee return, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

6.4 Promotion Amendments

dgb222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is a legitimate business or regulatory reason to do so. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, the relevant bonus terms at the time of opt-in will govern the outcome of that player's participation.

07 Responsible Gaming

Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. dgb222 provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to every account holder at no charge.

7.1 Available Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your dgb222 account. Reductions apply immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period.

08 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or dgb222 may close a dgb222 account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your dgb222 account at any time by contacting the dgb222 support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited in accordance with Section 6. If you wish to take a break rather than permanently close your account, cooling-off and self-exclusion tools are available as described in Section 7.

8.2 Closure by dgb222

dgb222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Account registered by a person under the age of 18.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed).

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a dgb222 account — whether initiated by you or by dgb222 — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the date of closure.

8.4 Disputes

Any dispute arising from the closure of your dgb222 account or the outcome of a bet or game should be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. dgb222 will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 calendar days. dgb222's decision on all disputes shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory or legal requirements.
